Section 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player", or "You") and hondagg ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your access to and use of the website located at https://hondagg.cam and all associated gaming, betting, promotional, and support services offered thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or claiming any promotion on hondagg, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you irrevocably agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

hondagg reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Platform or registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of hondagg is conditional upon meeting the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hondagg strictly prohibits participation by minors, and any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where the operation of such services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of hondagg or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme that remains in effect.
• You are acting in your own name and for your own account. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration and KYC verification is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Section 4

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on hondagg. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During account registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hondagg will never ask you to disclose your password.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

In order to process withdrawal requests, hondagg is required to verify your identity in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification typically requires:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport) — front and back
• Proof of residential address — utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three (3) months
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, with full face clearly visible

KYC documents submitted to hondagg are reviewed by our compliance team within 24–48 business hours. Once verified, your account will be approved for full withdrawal functionality. hondagg may request additional documents at any time where further verification is deemed necessary.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify hondagg support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

hondagg accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Gaming Wallet upon confirmed receipt by hondagg's payment processors.

hondagg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your name and match the details on file with your verified account. Deposits from unauthorised sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to method availability and applicable limits.

hondagg aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to verification and processing queue:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes upon approval
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes upon approval
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes upon approval

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. hondagg reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All real-money transactions on hondagg are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR-equivalent value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. hondagg does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations in respect of cryptocurrency transactions.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

hondagg offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• hondagg reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

hondagg employs active monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Patterns of wagering designed to artificially satisfy rollover requirements without genuine gameplay intent — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will result in the voiding of bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Section 7

Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games offered on hondagg are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to the rules and mechanics set by those providers. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are certified by independent testing laboratories and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.1 Malfunctions and Disconnections

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or network disconnection during a game round, hondagg will investigate the incident using available server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed or verified, the wager for that round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Gaming Wallet. hondagg's decision in such matters is final.

7.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including live football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and others), are governed by the specific event rules and betting regulations published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding subject to these Terms and applicable sporting event rules.

7.3 Voiding of Bets

hondagg reserves the right to void or refuse any wager where there is evidence of: (a) erroneous odds published due to technical or human error; (b) suspected match-fixing or sporting integrity violations; (c) system faults affecting the integrity of a game or bet; or (d) violation of these Terms. Where a wager is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Gaming Wallet.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hondagg and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Violation will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated account usage to circumvent bonus restrictions.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. hondagg complies with applicable anti-money laundering laws and will report suspected activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Automated software: Using bots, macros, scripts, or other automated tools to access or interact with the Platform in an unfair manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with payment providers in respect of legitimate transactions on hondagg.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff, support agents, or other Members.

Section 9

Responsible Gambling

hondagg is unconditionally committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity.

Available responsible gambling tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. To access or activate any of these tools, Members should contact our support team via live chat or email.

Section 10

Privacy & Data Protection

hondagg collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms a binding part of the agreement between you and hondagg. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

The data we collect is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and improving the Platform experience. hondagg does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Your data is processed using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content published on hondagg — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of hondagg or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include: (a) the right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content; (b) the right to create derivative works; (c) the right to scrape, mirror, or data-mine the Platform; or (d) any rights not expressly granted herein.

Any unauthorised use of hondagg's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hondagg and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) Platform downtime or technical failures; (b) errors in game results caused by third-party game studios; (c) payment processing delays or failures by third-party payment providers; (d) unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any matter beyond hondagg's reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, hondagg's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Gaming Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 13

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by hondagg

hondagg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, chargebacks, or regulatory requirements.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the Gaming Wallet will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, such balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting hondagg support. Upon closure request, your account will be disabled and any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums and KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

hondagg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://hondagg.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into effect.

Where amendments are material, hondagg will endeavour to notify registered Members via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and hondagg, we encourage you to first contact our support team, as most issues can be resolved promptly through our standard customer support process.

All decisions made by hondagg in respect of disputes relating to gameplay outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters shall, subject to manifest error, be final and binding. hondagg's determination of any matter falling within its discretion under these Terms shall not be subject to challenge except where such discretion has been exercised in bad faith or arbitrarily.
